ℹ️ A note on E2EE and transcription
End-to-end encryption means no one can access a call. AI transcription requires the audio to be processed. Both cannot be true at the same time. By default, internal calls are E2EE and cannot be transcribed. External calls can be transcribed but are not E2EE. This is a design decision, not a limitation.
